Aludol ships directly from the source where our products are crafted. By minimizing additional fulfillment steps, we reduce the total carbon footprint of your delivery. Please review our specific shipping protocols below.


Order Processing & Cancellation

  • Immediate Processing: Once your order is placed, it immediately enters our fulfillment cycle.

  • No Cancellations: Because of this automated workflow, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they have been submitted.

  • Returns: If you wish to return your order after it has been delivered, please contact support@aludol.com to initiate the return process. Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.


Shipping Options

We offer multiple shipping methods to ensure your order arrives safely:

  • Priority + Insured Shipping: If this option is selected, your order is fully protected against loss in transit. You may choose either a full refund or a one-time reshipment of your items if the package is confirmed lost by the carrier.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information.

  • It typically takes 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

  • If no updates are visible after 5 business days, please contact our support team for assistance.


Lost or Missing Packages

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Aludol is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If we make an error on your shipping label, we will reship the order at no extra cost.

  • Delivered Status: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the tracking system, we are unable to provide further assistance or refunds regarding its whereabouts. In these instances, we recommend contacting the courier directly.

  • Insurance Claims: Only orders sent via Priority + Insured Shipping are eligible for reshipment or refund if lost during transit.


Customs & Import Duties

  • For international orders, customs and import duties may be applied by your local government once the package reaches your country.

  • The customer is responsible for all applicable customs fees and taxes.

  • By purchasing from Aludol, you acknowledge that your order may be shipped in one or more packages and that customs fees may apply upon arrival.
