At Aludol, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to keep our processes transparent and straightforward to ensure you have a positive experience.
1. 30-Day Return Window

Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unused, unmarked, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process all returns.
2. Cancellations & Order Processing

Immediate Processing: Once your order is placed, it immediately enters our fulfillment and processing system.

Because of this automated workflow, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they have been submitted.

Post-Delivery Options: If you wish to return your order after it has been delivered, please wait for the package to arrive and then contact our support team to initiate a standard return.
3. Product Representation & Design Updates

Continuous Improvement: As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, our book designs are periodically updated.

This means the cover you receive may differ slightly from the version displayed, but rest assured you’ll always receive the latest edition with the same or improved content inside.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Contact support@aludol.com right away if your items are defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item.

Defect or damage claims are honored for up to 30 days after delivery.

Photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item will be requested to expedite a replacement or refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items

Items that show signs of use, damage not caused by shipping, or are not in their original packaging cannot be accepted for return.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any other reason, please contact our team to discuss alternative solutions such as store credit.
6. Refunds & Processing

Refunds are reviewed and finalized upon receipt and inspection of the returned item at our warehouse.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Note: A $5 restocking fee is deducted from the refund total for warehouse processing.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
